  Purpose of Data Collection:	Hospital statistics - diagnostic data of the prevention and rehabilitation facilities patients provides annual data on the services rendered by the prevention and rehabilitation facilities.
  Legal Base:	Regulation about the federal statistic for hospitals (Krankenhausstatistik-Verordung - KHStatV) in combination with the the Federal Statistical Act (Bundesstatistikgesetz BStatG). Basis for the survey of the diagnosis data are the information about § 3 No 14 KHStatV. For the survey there is a duty to provide information in accordance with § 6 KHStatV in connection with § 15 BStatG.
